I am not trying to be sarcastic, I am genuinely asking if this is something I should be doing. 

I was super inspired by her story because I am also 18 years old.

I think you already feel a certain way towards this tenant due to the threats so at this point it may be hard for you to be genuine.

I hope my stories and others here on BP continue you to not only inspire you but also motivate you to action!

Friends,I am glad this thread exists because it does offer some genuine exchanges of perspective and experience.I will reiterate: I had a slight issue and Suncoast was proactive and worked to solve, but I amstill confused why those here did not exercise their contractual rights if the problems were so grave.i do not want to be a cheerleader or a critic, just a genuine question.

Thank you for your inspiring posts @Nina W. and @Marty Boardman  I'm doing my first mid-major flip and trying to figure out the professionals who can help put together a bid packet so I know what needs to be done from start to finish.

But over the course of the day, Jim continued to tell me stories about instances where he was genuinely able to help people.
