When investor start concucting new ways to skirt around fundamental valuation techniques, making exceptions so the numbers can work, you know there is an issue with the price level.

There was no BP or web, etc, then, just the "No Money Down" TV guys. 

I have a solid handle on the fundamentals, but no clue as to the most intelligent and efficient way to deploy this capital to get maximum income.  

I've heard great reviews from users on BP and other web forums.

It seems conflicting when sending out hand written letters and cards (I have hand "scrawled" post cards) to look like just an individual looking to buy a house rather than a company but then putting a web site stating your professional status.Doug

Or do I just have to search the webs, hit the pavement to find them?

Years later, when Craigslist and other web sites made newspaper classified ads irrelevant, I imagine that the urge to be the first guy in town to open up the Sunday paper faded away.
