Using the awesome techniques that I've learned from you I'm very confident that I will get my first rent to own shortly.  

It will be a little more expensive but you will be confident you know how your experience should go.

Partnerships may come at some point in the future, after I am confident in my own performance, and at the point where I will be able to tell who would make a good partner. 

It will be an uphill battle for me to get a position in the area but I have confidence that I can.If anyone has any key questions to ask the brokers that will help me decide the best brokerage for my skill set.

I expect to get a judgement but I'm not so confident that the judgement will pay off.

I certainly don't feel that way on ever offer I make these days, but it was a good starting point and it helped me build confidence in making those kinds of offers.

I have asked them if there is anything I can do to help get it rented and they keep telling me that it is a great house and they are confident that it is priced correctly. 

I, too, am a newbie in the peninsula (Foster City...just south of where you are!).  

Have got ton of confidence since I joined BP.

Whether we get too confident and optimistic- you cut your losses and move on.
