The linoleum is so cheap looking I can't stand it if it's in any apartments that I own.

(Bare in mind, a bank already did)  From a last line recovery stand point, you may want to look at a deficiency judgement once the first lien finishes a foreclosure.

It has to stand on its own and make money.

It will help them stand out and I'm tired of the poorly lit, out of focus shots. 

I'm not starting the argument of wholesaling being legal or not, I'm saying that in real estate a middleman is never seen in the best light jacking up a sale price while standing in front of a judge.   

I am unsure of how it stands with the local government and have some concerns.    

What really stands out to buyers.  

There are even towns that won't let you put up a sign for a lemonade stand or garage sale at the end of the block.
