Some of the outlets may have wire stab holes on the back that will make wiring go faster, but I have had 2 electricians advise me that using the screws on the sides made (in their experience) for a more reliable connection over time.Choose fans that do not need oiling (look at the instructions).They sure have a lot of colors and tones to choose from.

There 1 electric meter I would have covered into 2 meter a cost of $2,000.00 , well water , and septic tank set , heating electric / oil "I would pay" . 3bedroom 1 bath n kitchen per floor ., I have been inform that going rate of rental is $1,000 -$1,200.

It has 5 filters & I sleeve the filter cartridges with white drain pipe stocking (Drain-Sleeve) to absorb the oils/residues etc so I have only replaced the filters 2x since new.

Along with all the other accoutrements that make these places desirable. while I have you on the phone  can I ask you this1. when I consider to the Airbnb and look at comps there is really only a few even available some must rooms in a house and or they don't have the great beach dock that i have that allows one to boat to the property and being in the happy fishing grounds in a matter of minutes.  2. 1 hour from 2 million people 3.
