I have got in contact with lenders that offer 80-90% LTC, what are other ways of financing the out-of-pocket LTC without using my own money?

Many lenders offer flexible financing terms for investors.Do you have any properties in mind?

Please tell me if any of you have done seller financing before?  

This type of loan is based on the property's income, not your personal finances, which makes it perfect for investors like us.

They have met some resistance in our community, but the one thing  they have is financing.

It's scary, money is real, and you have to run your own race based on your circumstances and finances.

But my finances are getting hard to keep track of sometimes, I really wanted to get setup with a business account so it will be easier to keep track of expenses, mortgage payments, rental income, HELOC payments, everything gets handled through my personal account, at the moment.

I'm looking for a lender that offers 5% and hopefully will do 100% financing.
