I let the listing agent know in the showing feedback as tactfully as I could: "I know everyone's tastes are different, but I would remove the nude picture during showings bc the buyers eyes are drawn away from the beautiful house and to the conversation piece"....

I worked with a killer agent who kept my up-to-date on listings he felt met my criteria, as well as gave me feedback on additional listings I was pulling from Zillow and Realtor.com.

I agree with the feedback thus far. 

I know alot of Canadians invest in Florida because financing is easier there for canadians (but again, only for 1-4 units).Thank you both for your feedback, I definetly have to do some more thinking!

@Harpreet Singh 9 times out of 10 if you are not getting any specific feedback on why people aren't interested it is the price.
