After a week or two of building this ethos into my every day conversations and bam, I learn that one of my good accounts has been in the game for decades!   

I have people ask me for advice everyday because they want to be retired like me someday.

Now I have a late fee policy in place and I enforce it (rent due on the 1st,$50 on the 6th, $10 per day every day after the 6th it is not paid).

I love the BP community and am meeting great people every day on this platform so big shout out to @Joshua Dorkin for starting it and @Brandon Turner plus @David Greene for the very educational and sometimes corny but always funny podcasts. 2019 is going to be the best year yet!! 

And read these regs… license required for owner occ for sure.. and the verbiage is the literally verbatium of the licensing requirements to bring two parties together for compensation In a real estate deal.. so wholesalers that are out there in droves break the rules every day and twice on Sunday. 

For every day you wait that’s another day that you’ve lost money.

Now a 23-year-old needs a support animal in their home to survive the horrors of every-day life in the safest, most advanced nation in history.

Doom and gloom in the publications and on the news everyday for a long time. 

Take focused action at going out and buying a home everyday! 

Every day you wait to do this (per your lease and local law) is a day's rent that you will probably never recover.
