I wouldn't change anything at 55 starting at 33 other than worry less and enjoy the journey more to being rich.1.

BUT- many people DO enjoy the city resources.

That's probably why I'm not a big fan of watching sports, though I did enjoy playing them.I just don't believe pursuing listed properties to be a good use of your time. 

Until then, many of these buyers need to have a secondary goal that doesn't include cash (read: enjoyment of the home themselves) before they'll consider buying right now. 

However, I find the challenge to be very enjoyable.

You need to get heavily acquainted with the landlord tenant laws of your state.Tenants have a "right to quiet enjoyment".
