I DO want to focus on keeping my time free for my other interests and investment though so.....Does anyone have experience with "smart locks"? 

My husband and I rush home to find him there, with the locks changed., throwing our belongings into boxes.

Everyone seems to have great insight on many topics, so if you have any advice, I am certainly all ears.

I'm new to this forum so any tricks, tips or advice would be received with open ears and much appreciation.

Get the deal under contract & buy a Mobile Home for ~$15k and spend ~$3k updating w/ new carpet, paint, roof, locks, etc. 

I've have been making calls like nobody's business, and my phone has been attached to a charger or my ear every since.  

I want to get rid of the PMI as well as locking in the lower rates of the current market before rates start climbing too much. 

I'm open to everything anyone wants to share, even if I've heard it a thousand times, I'll keep my ears open
