In other words, you can't say "no felony convictions ever", but you can say "no felony convictions in the prior three years" - and other similar limited things, such as "no drug related felony convictions in the prior ten years".Of course, I still say "no prior convictions for sex offenses ever" ...

@Harry StanleyI had a car in one of my living rooms - in researching if I had a claim, I spoke to a few attorneys- the consensus was "Allstate, that sucks" evidently they are the most difficult insurance company to work with and fight pretty hard to not pay - so, yes- I would definitely get an attorney if I were in your shoes- in my case I decided it wasn't worth pursuing a claim because they would have a pretty good argument that it was the drug dealer (and not the driver) who was at fault for placing a bullet in the drivers head- which caused a loss of control of the vehicle - never mind the fact that the driver was speeding off after a drug ripoff

Meanwhile the two founders are claiming that they will remain 50% shareholders regardless of how much they dilute the investor base to raise more capital to fund the development of additional factories.Their business model should be sound but their capital raising and approach to fund their growth and their treatment or lack of understanding of shareholders rights is snag for me.
