I polled the two kitchens and it was a 50/50 split over which ones looked betternow I will admit the larger appliances look bolder and nicehowever bold is exaclty what I dont want because the room is only 14.5 x14.5  and the living room is sharing the space  the larger appliances would dominate the room and make the living space feel encroached upon.  

This thread is so old that the original players could all be bankrupt by now.

Can be a local bank/credit union or one of the major players. 

In addition, national players are picking up buildings and land in the commercial and development arenas. 

Being a ball player, I am known around town to be the fastest runner around (or at least I was in my younger years), but had anyone been there, they would have seen lightning speed as I had to scramble to run out of the house after stepping into the laundry room from the kitchen to avoid yacking.

Being there for them is my main focus - my father has been a CEO for some time and has dominated most of his life.

There are several well established big players in the area.

I kinda wonder if you're in a corporate plant, if the player at the top making such requests understands the levels and time frames of concern vs the customary amount of due diligence.

Chances are they will be well aware of who the players are.

My advice, just because you have a little money doesn't make you a player in Real Estate, there are people that know what I know that would clean your clock!
