The addendums will say the bank knows nothing about the property, will not make any normally required disclosures, you're on your own, etc.

On top of that it does not include the required disclosures WA state requires for applicants.Last but not least, almost every applicant you get, 10 out of 10 for me so far on Zillow has BAD credit of around 550 with a sob story.
