Hi I would like some advice on marketing a large development property in Costa Rica the owner wants to sell it outright not a joint venture..where could I find a developer or buyer for this property?

As a 70 years old retired general contractor/developer and a current RE broker, investor and PM with a reasonably good portfolio I have to say that I have lost my zest for massive cash and have resigned myself to passive cash which serves us well at this station in life.A lot of folks love the feeling of building more and more wealth and I applaud that quality.
