Hi Al, I have been going through the CHA website trying to locate their rent schedules (what they pay for a 1,2, or 3 bedroom) with no luck.

Anyone with experience renting out space to billboard companies?My family owns a nice lot, about 1 acre, along the major highway in my area (Southeast Iowa).In the future, I plan to split the lot and build two new hom...

I don't know where you're located  but many towns  here in Massachusetts can have a mixture of all of these..  

It has to be stored there for 12 months I believe and you must provide them with the location.

At minimum location.

There are many parts of Kenosha where you can go from excellent location to horrible location within a two block radius so just be careful. 

My primary focus for the Houston RE market are flips and wholesaling.I'm also interested in attending RE meetups and networking sessions if anyone knows of goods meetup dates this is something I'm highly interested in as well.I'm pretty new to the Houston Tx market and would like to know more about knowledge on the area such as up and coming neighborhoods, market trends and general location of the neighborhoods. 

Many things go into determining value such as location, condition, quality, schools, modern (open floor plans), size of lot, etc. 

Need to be more specific with the  location.

I've been locating great deals for investors/clients, then I realized it's time to do it for myself.
