Does anyone know a good one or a location in NJ or near PA (driving from NY) where I can pick up 2-3 day workers.

@Michael Wetherby, even professional Flippers get it wrong sometimes, often then relying on their Lenders or their own deep pockets to keep them out of strife. 

There are some variations in price, and some areas are more expensive, you can either drive around and find this for yourself, it’s a small enough region you’re able to do this, or hook up with a realtor and tell them what you’re looking for.

I just wanted to post this and see any input from the community on any tips or just comments, I’m a newbie but have the drive to not be a slave in a company where I am replaceable and cannot make my own schedule.

Even the driving for dollar myth takes real gas and unless your Living with your mama you still have bills to pay at the same time.

Take a deep breath and look at the numbers. 

I do have a CPA that handles all our taxes.If you are providing services, like tours, cooking meals, driving folks around, cleaning during the guests stay, then you will fall under schedule C and pay the taxes.Leaving things for folks like a welcome basket, coffee, bikes etc does not do this.

Also, as far credit score goes you want a 740+ as this will get you the best rates but you can get started with most lenders at a 620.If you have any other questions don't hesitate to message me as I was trying keep this nice and broad and not dig too deep in 7 different directions :)Best of Luck!

Our areas depend on a few things but would cover about 1-1.5hr drive time from Bethlehem (where our office is) generally speaking.
