Didn’t plan on living that long In California from what I saw is that if your loved one is not sick but will need assistance , the government programs will not pay for anything - in my single family home I converted , I’d charge around $2500-$3500 a bed.So many of these seniors end up being healthy from living a good life but will need assistance.

@Alvonta Flemings, the way your ad reads it seems like you are preparing to wholesale a few homes in parks, the wholesaling business is a people business so you will need to get out and talk to park owners and managers and let them know your plans and to also get a copy of the parks rules and regs before wholesaling or buying in their parks, yes a business card would help with credibility since most owners as John said will look at you as to young but you only need one park owner to work with you to get started.

You would have to replat the properties and have them contain separate legal descriptions and you would need your local government approval to do this....and that would be very difficult to do.
