I don’t think I would qualify for a construction loan without selling my current house first, so I’m wondering if I can sell it contingent on the build being finished?

The bank may require the HELOC to be contingent on a home that we recently listed (Friday) in North Charleston.Looking for private lenders that work in the area for in the event that the HELOC doesn't come thru and also to begin building relationships for future deals.Also interested in advice on how to make these connections.

Just make sure to add contingencies that make it a must for the seller to provide needed docs.
