The lease agreement didn't really specifically mentioned anything about winterizing, but it did say that we are responsible of any repair/maintenance in the house at the time of renting it.

I have been hearing from my tenants that the cost for heating has gone down considerably...this product has only been installed for 3 months in several of my units, but we are very happy with the heat and comfort and no maintenance issues with this under floor heating.

Milwaukee has shifted a bunch of stuff from the tax bill, where it probably belongs, over to what is commonly called the water bill, but includes snow removal, garbage and recycling, and all of the water related fees.

I know that Realtor.com says that there is still growth this year...I like the idea of the SFR and less maintenance on newer homes... but I was really wanting to move away from the SFR and get some Multis.
