Hello,I am in the midst of analyzing markets for my next investment property in Florida.

However, I would choose to let them stay through their lease end and tighten up the lease for the next tenant.   

I have a lot to learn, but willing to put in the work. 

Market Conditions:Given the current market, many lenders are tightening their requirements, especially for jumbo loans.

I have read that you can contact  the nearest hospitals  and offer services, so how is this done successfully out if state and what are other means for the example staffing agencies.
