How many mortgages can you carry?

I know some folks here in CO making the out of state thing work but I also know a few who got burned bad, definitely carries more risk than owning a property you can drive to.

Thirdly, if you personally injure somebody, in the way that people such as a stylist carries insurance against forms of malpractice, then your LLC will not help you.The truth is, LLC will not help you in most situations a STR can cause you problems. 

The ARV for this property based on comps in the area are around the 170 range, the 120 refi allows me to pull all of my money back out of the deal, I will be able to pay the hard money off, and all of my out of pocket expenses including my carry costs, with some extra rolled into the next house.I could be way off too, I'm just starting out and this is my second attempt at analysis.

How much did you pay for it, how much were the renos, what is the after reno value, what are the carrying costs and how much would it rent for? 

. $300000 x 70%= $210000-$150000 rehab= $60000 less carrying cost.

My question is, what kind of implications does this have for me as the one carrying the note, and rights that they have in case of default.
