Do you guys think its a good idea to use Heloc as part of a down payment to buy a larger deal?

but you're rehabbing anyway, which takes time.)now, could you buy with a DSCR loan (loan 1), and then refinance into a different DSCR loan (loan 2)? 

For example my W2 job and my LLC are both in Florida but let's say I buy and flip a property in Georgia are those taxes settled at the time of the sale or is that something I would have to do when I file my taxes normally.
