They can also put you in a world of hurt as the rates are expensive, so don't pay anything that you don't have a solid ability to pay off at the end of the month/before interest starts.Don't bother with a Lowes or HD account.

As you might have seen on BP, you don't have to use a LLC for long term rentals.I wouldn't bother electing the S Corp status for your LLC.
