There has never been a conversation about a property being a "meth lab" or smelling alcohol during a showing since I started investing in Cleveland. 

No problem here in Denver (aside from smell).

I wanna buy a property to flip but idk where to buy it should I buy one in Baltimore MD or Cumberland MD any body have any advice where I should buy a property it has to be MD and it has to be a nice neighborhood where I can sale rapidly and great for family to grow and nice home please help.

I look over the listing and in the body of it, he tells agents to send all offers to a different realty company, not xyz realty.

They smell like diesel fuel and have a scorpion neck tat.

So, I'm not sure to have someone who isn't familiar with rehabbing figure it out.You're not just looking at condition, but you also have to figure out what materials to use for the specific project, whether there are hidden defects, if there are issues that can't be ascertained from pictures (like the smell of mold), etc.This isn't something that can be easily automated. 

But even a little bayou water will smell! 

Sell a kidney,  testicle and any other extra body parts to get the down payment myself. 

@Victor Boctor I think your question is very location specific, as the governing body issuing the license dictates whether it transfers or not.You will need to check with whoever issued your license, in your local area.
