There’s always that baby boomer near retirement that raises the purchase price up by $30K-$60K and it’s something I can’t compete with.Am I doing something wrong?

We wiped the cabinets down with a damp rag after sanding and allowed to dry.  

So after a while of no offers getting accepted, and a baby on the way, my girlfriend and I decided to start looking at SFH. 

Latest update on my seemingly never ending project, yes this is getting to me now and I'm ready to put this baby to bed.

If you have each llc with sufficient capital, who knows exactly what that is, but for discussion, lets say $50,000 and insurance on top of that....ok, you are likely fine on the personal side...they just wipe out the llc....assuming of course they get judgement.

Came back to my wonderful family and my baby girl was born Dec 23.What an awesome year!

We currently live in the house and although the pump works just fine (we've been using it full time as we remodeled the upstairs bathroom) I know the tenants will either flush wipes, or fem products, or hair down the toilet and cause damage. 

It is essentially move in ready after a quick wipe down.

Closing on my second flip tomorrow which will wipe out all debt and allow me to finally buy this house hack in my name.....but I got furloughed a few weeks ago.Just another setback.
