There are a few good local REI clubs here in Columbus that have monthly meetings I like to attend.

I guess I wanted to encourage others that: Yes, the people who read every RE book, watch every flip show, attend the REI club meetings, listen to podcasts, show up for the webinars and feel overwhelmed with all there is to possibly learn...

And you get the benefit of having over 100 past ones to catch up on.Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I knew we'd need more time to turn that one over, plus it was January that it was empty.In our market, most secure rentals months in advance, probably due to the college and wanting to be in an apartment before school starts.  

I'd also recommend attending REIA events near you and there are BP meetups in Atl as well.
