I assumed rents and opex don't inflate.A: profit 95k, Multiple of Capital 1.73x, IRR 13.3%, NPV @ 11% 136kB: profit 48k, Multiple of Capital 1.62x, IRR 12.1%, NPV @ 10% 84kSo, if your "goal" is for capital to maximize profit (as it "should" be) then an argument can be made for property A.That said...all these numbers are small and close enough for you to go make a decision of all the assumptions left out and what your "gut" says.
