Also aaa1 and aaa2 address's (that are in the buyers AOS) do not exist yet , they do not have their own OPA # or deeds, does this alone void the contract?

but generally on the mortgage or DT there is a spot at the top where you fill in where the orginal is to be mailed by the county after recording that should be your address..

If that answer somehow is yes, then you should find the buyer first, provide the numbers of the deal first (no address) and ask if they agree to those numbers once they see the home, what will they pay you for it.
