If I cashout refi one property , that would resolve my debt issues, but I'm torn.

We've had issues with Mario and his various business ventures. 

I want to keep the home address private from people to reach out to me for my LLC.

To use as a 3 family, there would have  had to be a use permit issued and a rental license active within the last 3 years.

Very frustrating to have a $7,000 fee come through with no notice and include items I didn’t want.I’m likely going to ask that they at least cover 1/3 of the cost.I would definitely address that with them. 

Too many potential issues with the younger crowd.

Maybe print the pricing off of their website and keep it as well in case there is an issue down the road."

@Seana Yates FYI, these issues/conditions should be covered in the Operating Agreement of the partnership.
