Im thinking of either adding a security system and just passing that on to the new tenants or adding a job site camera that can tell me if someone is on site.

Hi All,Newbie here. 55 yr old planning to retire in 2 years, learning about real estate investing in order to have a source of steady inflation-proof cashflow (in addition to stock dividends) prior to taking social security at age 70 - so I don't need to sell stock investments.

The potential of the two homes on site having this home be paid off by renters.

Reasonable turnaround time for getting the pre fab onto the job site? 

Additionally, in terms of leverage, how much does the 16-unit cost? 

When we purchased this property, it was run down and had major issues to fix and there was an additional .34 acre parcel of land included with the purchase that is located next door.

Eastside tends to favor appreciation more so, obviously in addition to rental income.

Generally will require a Site Permit (plans completed and sealed by a civil engineer) and your building permit (plans sealed by the architect).
