@Kirsten KnightenWelcome to the site.Sounds like you are new to real estate investing.I strongly urge you to look into becoming an agent if you wish to connect buyers and sellers together and earn a fee or commission.Not only is it a much smarter, more lucrative and more productive way to earn it will also insure you never get yourself in any trouble over possible unlicensed brokerage activity.

There are a lot of investors active in all areas of RE in SE Michigan.

Keeping active all day long in the field would keep me awake.Now that I have a well established business (Insurance), behind a desk, I find I can get away with 5-6 hours a night for a day or 2, then I can tell I don't think/function as clearly by the 3rd/4th day.Ideally I like to just wake up naturally, which is usually 7-8 hours of sleep

We are agents, but do not want to participate in those activities.
