It's so motivating!

I'm curious what your motivation is behind partnering up when you are able to pull $80k out of your home? 

You are not motivated to rent, which means it will be a big stressor in your life.

Being confident in yourself, aware enough of what you have done wrong in the past/risks in general, and cognizant of the returns you can expect to achieve are what I have found are important to most investors.

I see that the 1% rule is extremely hard to achieve so I am wondering what you look for?

With your net worth (and likely income), you can easily do passive and achieve a potentially attractive return profile as a limited partner.

I finally achieved my long-awaited goal of becoming a landlord and real estate investor.

It's better to get a more specific list with people that are actually motivated to sell than to throw a bunch of money away on unmotivated leads.

Not too much luck at all unfortunately,  so I wanted to hear what recommendations people have on the best way to find motivated leads.
