To be conservative, I've assumed about $650/mo.Rents: In a normal world I think rent should total $4,000/mo.

Seems to me the opportunity in the coming months/years is going to be more in the non owner occ commerical paper world.

In my neck of the world, things have slowed down a bit, but we are still getting showings, I just took two new listings and two more on the way.

The world has changed.

Additionally I can book at other destinations world wide through Interval International but that would be later. 

The economy is predicted to get worst and with 20% of Americans predicted to be unemployed I really don't see how the world will look in the future.

It wouldn't be the end of the world if I couldn't get that rate but I hope to close before then!
