@Harley Tigreros Just so you know:Clerk of court website, Official Records, search by owner name...is where you find recorded doc.s, deeds, mtg, LP, etc.At the top of the LP will be the foreclosure case number, something like 50 2018 ca 002468xxxxmbClerk of court site, Court Records, Civil....you can look up the foreclosure case no.

You should use the name of the company that owns the property, which I assume is also the name on the lease agreement. you can make it a little more personal by signing your personal name as the president, manager, or whatever your position is within the LLC.
