If you filed a lien on the deed/title for this property then you have a lien position in the home. 

You should use the name of the company that owns the property, which I assume is also the name on the lease agreement. you can make it a little more personal by signing your personal name as the president, manager, or whatever your position is within the LLC.

I am working on my first really cool website .. more of a brag peice than anything.. it will showcase all our new builds and communities we have built the last 6 years.  

Neighbours very often do not get along with renters and renters will often leverage their position if they find out a unit is illegal.The problem usually arises out of the fact that cellar dwellers are generally low quality tenants and can cause problems that often result in complaints to oficials..  

Also nothing speaks more volume than recommendations, which you seem to have on your company's website.
