He was to meet with the tenant a week ago Friday....I prepared  the Pay Rent or Quit papers along with an Addendum of what was due.    

Another thing we do is we write in the lease that the tenant will have a debit/credit card on file with us that we will run for the rent payment on the first Friday of each month. 

My contractor and I walked her current unit this past Friday to see the scope of rehab needed for her apartment once vacant.

" I asked about March sec8 part of the rent and she said that she isn't sure if the tenant will still get it.
