In very good condition.Market is hot in the area right now and we can easily sell this home with multiple offers.  

Check around for fees b/c some want $5000/closing and others want $1500/closing, so multiple quotes is a must have in this scenario. 

I get generic Wisconsin leases from an attorney but I have multiple addendums and I always read the lease in person to the new tenant.

@Xavier Jefferson, there have been multiple studies and surveys done on this topic over the last couple of years. 

Not necessarily in that order.Started late last year I started seeing less multiple offers and people are less inclined to fight all over some shacks and are more selective.
