Based off of your post, it seems like you haven't identified a property or even gotten an LOI accepted corrected?

The agent posted in my Facebook group that she needed an investor or hard money lender, so I called her and ask for details.

To update for anyone who runs into this post, I got the GE washer/dryer combo installed last October.

I am willing to bet 99% of you will throw my advise in the wind, but for that select 1% that see the common sense and logic in my posts, you, my friends have a decent chance making it big!

I’ve seen a lot of positive posts and information online about tax deeds but I’m sure there are some hidden negatives as well that gurus online won’t talk about.
