What skills or qualities would stand out to you if you had to hire employees for your development team?

My tenants are WalMart employees, hairdressers, medical assistants. 

I've been using a checkbook control SDIRA roth for most of my note purchases over the past 5 years and just created a Solo 401 to participate in note JVs, using the Roth employee contribution method.

I didn’t think so but an employee at lowes told me it was.

I think Huntington is a place where a lot of those employees will want to live.

My plan is to hire an employee to carry out these calls and work on commission with a small draw  or I could go the VA route fort this. 

(Assuming the average home being flipped, using the numbers I mentioned above.)My  plan is to do the flipping myself, and hire 1 employee. 

The tenant/buyer is your employee.

I have no direct employees, but would like to have my contractors sign an acknowledgement they recieved it.

Not to mention the many tech companies that have moved in or expanded seeking housing for their employees.
