I work as a traveling nurse taking on 13 week contracts throughout the country and in August we plan to list our current primary residence for sale (we have about 40% equity in the property at this time).

First thing I learned was Huntsville has one of the highest crime rates in the country.

The owners were moving out of the country for education.

Multi family properties don't comeup very often, and the storagebuilding market is one of the most overbuilt in the country.

But it is a free country so do as you please I just would make the request as a personal favor.

Perhaps they don't suck as much in certain area of the country.
