None of my business but I know she has plenty of family in the area and quite a few friends because the neighbors complained about the "traffic" to her unit and suspected she was dealing drugs.

It was their prior home and they kept it to let their kid live there who later ended up having drug problems and basically just wouldn’t pay them and trashed the place over time and because of the condition it’s now in they couldn’t sell it for enough to cover their loan without fixing it up.

I haven't seen any plans but in the next few years I wouldn't doubt that the mall will have made a 180 degree turn around from the hood drug dealing in the bathrooms and don't go by yourself spot into a nice place. 

There are a few war zones riddled with drugs etc. that you will want to avoid.

I am a poker dealer, but about to get out of that industry as I have just finished up with tech school for HVAC/R.  

Also, if you've been convicted of dealing drugs out of your house, please include conviction paperwork.

When getting a house under contract that does not necessarily mean you need to purchase it if the dealer backs out however you do run the risk of losing your earnest money (the money given to the owner of the home to promise they will not take on another/better offer) however earnest money is a generally not very much ($100 max)

Now if the police had a specific reason not to go in like it was a known drug house and dangerous people are squatting there, then that is a reason not to go in.

That being said, driving through 3rd Ward one may notice that there are far more easily observable drug dealers lurking on corners than most other parts of the inner-loop combined.
