You're on a cul de sac, pretty much the worst place to rent out a party house!

I don't yet own my own property that has a place I can hook it up, so was trying to think if there any resorts (PA/NJ/DE ideally) where I can leave it seasonally, yet that would allow me to rent it out as well. 

There can be a blurry line between trying to collect late rent as a property manager, and acting as a de facto collection agency.
