It's just another notice.I'm speaking here of loans that are in compliance, not in default and where the seller is agreeable to selling in this manner.A lender, I will bet money, you will not get a letter saying your deal is OK.

There are a number of lenders that specialize in condo-hotels, so based on your requirements, the realtor would be able to make a recommendation.Assuming that your credit is in good standing, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to refinance your unit.
