In my lease I have the adults identified as the lessee and then list every person/animal as an occupant:  EG:  child Mary, 8 years old, child Sam, 2 years old, dog Peter lab, 4 years old. 

In terms of enforcement if several potential tenants apply some being Hispanic, African American, Asian or Transgender/Gay and they all have identical perfect credit or near-perfect credit because they are all working for the fair housing board and not real tenants and the landlord picks the white applicant who was not first to apply that would show clear discrimination under this law and the landlord would face sanctions.

The administration says the drastic change is part of the plan to “pay for” the cost of the $1.8 trillion American Families Plan.This is a direct threat to Section 1031 Exchanges and the proposed limitation will have a severe negative impact on investment real estate and the economy.You can help.
