It has only happened once, and through amazing luck, they turned out to be the nicest drug dealers ever and helped pay to remediate the special venting they had constructed through my roof without permission.

I just got an amazing deal off the MLS on a 4 bedroom house.The area at the moment can be classified as a ghetto but is going to skyrocket in value in the next 5-10 years as it's prime real estate in the middle of the city, surrounded by super expensive neighborhoods.Every time a property becomes available in this zipcode, it's scooped up by an investor in a matter of hours. 

You would be amazed and how many great deals are passed among investors (for free).In addition to those things, when I first got started, I ran a small classified ad in the newspaper EVERY DAY.

I never knew during the depression the index had negative earnings for 2 years...that is amazing.

Hi all,I happily own a house in West Philadelphia, an area going through amazing change for the last couple years.As I start looking again for another house, I heard about tax lien certificates at a seminar recently.In Philadelphia it looks like they do not have them, but have tax deed sales instead.

The fact that anyone can make so many large mistakes and still be in business is amazing.

I'm always amazed at the TV shows on flipping where they show the people selling the house after the rehab and they're explaining to the prospects how bad the house was before they just fixed it up.

It's amazing how some folks sleep at night with the crap that they do.
