I have clarification that it is now allowed for the transfer of title into an LLC that you are the majority owner of (borrower(s)) without any seasoning period if you used the second home occupancy loan.

So, now I am trying to think through what would be the best decision for my family.

The time to get your deals as investors is now not in the spring or summer of 2024.

I built this one 7 new st.. which build cost was probably 40 to 50% higher for the sq ft because of what we had to buy to meet the BAR ( architectural review for those that are not familiar)  I also built about 20 in North Charleston a before it sky rocketed.. my building partner is now working hanihan. which is the next one to go. 

I am US citizen living in Europe for now.

I have rehabbed it and now have a renter in place.

My question is that now she moved out per the court order, but I didn’t get paid as planned.
