Here's the deets:I've owned it for 5 years.Bought it for $725, but it's worth about $1.2 or more now.It's not a vacation area, so not interested in STR, but could be okay for MTR, although not super close to hospitals.Mostly I'm hesitant to sell because I have a sweet mortgage rate (2.5%), I owe less than $500K on it, and I'm not planning to buy again soon.

If you did not, it might be hard to defend.Additionally, if the tenant fights back and decides to move forward with legal repercussions, honestly probably not worth fighting over a few hundred bucks.

Usually these emails are simply one or two line responses or answers (that's all they really require), but it makes me question if an email that takes 5 seconds to type is worth the money I'm charged.If this is normal, than I understand completely, I just want to see if that's the case.

Looking at a property semi detached both units under one ownership in Hamilton Ontario, arguably one of the best neighbourhood, both units are currently rented out for $2500 a piece and they each pay own utilities. this would be a long term investment.. my daughter goes to school in this district and this is the neighbourhood we want to be in at 850k and one unit rented for $2500 it would cost me approx $3300 a month.. is this worth it for a house hack in the area you want to be in ??

Send over a registered letter saying either.. if the business is worth something:mid oyu choose not to do tasks x y and a you’re supposed to do I’m going to hire someone to do them at your expense.
