Interest rates have spiked rapidly upwards but are NOT high by any means.

If you are planning on moving at the end of the year, you could pick up a property in the Grand Rapids Area that would become a great rental, and once you move keep it instead of selling it and have it cash flow for you each month.

As an example for employment, do you give more weight to employment growth, employment rates, or something like having a primary employer in an area that's not likely to go out of business?
