Other than that its just things like toiets, light fixtures, doors, painting.

They only see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Europe and Asia are light years ahead of where the US is in terms of modular technology adoption.

Example their policy might be weighted to insure residential and not commercial as that is all they do.

The only thing I did do was get the water and lights turned on so whenever I showed the house they knew everything worked. 

@John Dirgo Deweese I really like the idea of going with traditional 20% financing, paying for light renovation out of pocket, and doing a cash out re-fi after the unit is successfully rented.
