ATTORNEYS KNOW THIS and they will not waste the time going to through court just to be waiting for a CHARGING ORDER that will never get fulfilled.If we just owned it together, without an LLC, or you own a property, on your own, without an LLC, the judge could Demand that we/you Sell the property and give the profits to the Suing party.

It is horribly frustrating to waste my time everyday looking at potential "Money Makers" that are advertised and half of the base prices are $20,000 over the comps, not including the way under-priced remodel it needs.

But while we are investing in real estate, and trying to get the education needed to even get better for sake of improving our lives for the better, there is always that person or company that comes along with latest gizmos and gadgets that claims they can help us improve in your real estate investing business. to help us become more efficient and do more deals only to find that at the end you have wasted your money. believe me tried a some of them, and it really gets to me when they don't deliver on there promises. and i know some people on these forums are always looking for software or programs to help them improve in their real estate business. well i am too!
