Can you negotiate a deal with a homeowner whose property is set to be sold at auction prior to the auction?

The seller might be required to make repairs up to a certain cost (that negotiating happens prior to contract).

I would like to know if anyone decided to enter into the Mastery Program since the prior posts.  

Assuming you have a fixed-rate mortgage from years prior when interest rates were lower, paying off the original loan only to take out a new loan is probably going to cost you more money in interest since you'd be taking out a new loan at today's higher interest rates.

I also don't have any writing or video that I can link to so hopefully having something done prior to this isn't required. 

Is there any recourse to getting it removed prior to me renting out my place?

Whatever you do compact the soil prior to adding gravel and then compact the gravel after it is in place.

If no prior agreement is in place then they will not be able to clear title to resell unless ALL the affected minority beneficiaries agree..
